1. Tour Bookings

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the specified deposit or full payment and written confirmation from us.

2. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices include only the services specified. Additional expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

3. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, itinerary, or service due to circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

1. Deposits

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods. All transactions must be in the specified currency.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
